123kya Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and the 123kya platform ("Platform", "we") regarding your use of the service. By accessing the 123kya platform, opening an account, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

If you do not agree to the terms on this page, you must stop using the platform. We may update these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• Users of the service must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be from a region in Myanmar where gambling is legally permitted.
• Each person may only open one account. Maintaining more than one account per person is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be accurate and complete, and only payment methods you personally own may be used.
• By registering an account, you confirm that you are accessing the platform of your own free will and that no third party has directed you to do so.

2.2 Account Verification

The platform may verify your account at any time. When requesting a withdrawal, or when we deem it necessary, you may be required to submit your national ID card or other proof of identity. Refusing to do so may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

Your account login information must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third parties. If any unauthorised access occurs, you must notify us immediately.

3.1 Deposits

You can deposit using the payment methods supported by the platform: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits made using a payment method that is not in your own name will be declined and returned.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used to deposit. Withdrawals are normally processed within 5–30 minutes.

3.3 Refunds

If a refund is requested after a deposit has been made without any gameplay on the platform, we reserve the right to decline that request. Refunds will only be made via the same method used to deposit. All refunds are processed at the platform's sole discretion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% Welcome Bonus — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 60,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks before the bonus can be withdrawn.

If you deposit 320,000 Ks, you will receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 300,000 Ks × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus.

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met.
• The bonus must be wagered 25 times to meet the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds can only be used on game types designated by the platform.
• You must not claim a second bonus while still working towards completing the conditions of an existing bonus.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse of the bonus system is detected upon review.

4.3 VIP Levels

The 123kya VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0%. To move up a tier, you must meet the gameplay activity and platform requirements.

5.1 Fair Play

Game results on the 123kya platform are random and protected with SSL encryption technology. Using computer programs, bots, tools, or methods such as collusion to influence gameplay is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Using malicious tools or software to manipulate results.
• Making fraudulent payments or engaging in deception.
• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to obtain bonuses.
• Threatening or behaving disrespectfully towards our staff or other users.
