Withdrawal Questions
At 123kya, withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Times may vary depending on your wallet's receiving speed and network conditions, but most withdrawals complete within that window. Unlike bank counter services, withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Requests below this amount cannot be processed. You will need at least 30,000 Ks in your account before you can make a withdrawal. If your balance is not yet enough, keep playing until it reaches that amount and then request your withdrawal.
No. For security and fraud prevention, withdrawals are only sent to a KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay account that matches the registered name on your 123kya account. Transfers to third-party wallets are not allowed. This policy is in place to protect your funds.
If your withdrawal request has taken more than 30 minutes, please check the following: whether your account is fully verified, whether you have met the wagering requirements, and whether your wallet phone number is correct. If everything checks out but the funds have still not arrived, contact our support team via 24/7 Live Chat, provide your request reference number, and they will look into it for you.
Withdrawals can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Log in to your account, go to the "Withdraw" section, link your wallet, and withdraw your available balance. All 4 methods are available 24 hours a day and you can choose whichever one you prefer.
Slots and Jackpots
Yes. At 123kya, selected slot games are available in Demo Mode so you can play without using real money. This lets you see how a game looks and understand its rules before spending anything. You cannot win real money in Demo — it is purely for practice.
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is the percentage of all wagered money that a game pays back to players over time. A game with a higher RTP generally returns more on average. However, RTP is a technical statistical figure across many rounds — it does not guarantee any individual result in a single session.
If your budget is small, look for games with a low minimum bet per spin — the lower the minimum, the longer your balance can last. Games with low volatility also tend to suit players who want more playing time. Try a few in Demo Mode first to find one that suits you.
Free Spins are rounds where you play without spending extra money, triggered by a bonus feature inside the game. In most games, landing three or more scatter symbols triggers Free Spins, during which you can win real prizes. You can also check the 123kya promotions section for any offers that include Free Spins.
High-volatility games can pay out larger amounts but wins come less often and you may need a bigger budget. Low-volatility games pay out smaller amounts but wins come more frequently. If your budget is tight, low-volatility games are generally a better fit. If you are aiming for bigger wins and can handle longer dry spells, high volatility may suit you. Try both in Demo Mode to see which style you prefer.
Baccarat and Table Games
Live Dealer games feature a real dealer streaming in real time, with actual cards, a real roulette wheel, or real equipment — so the game reflects what happens in a physical casino rather than a computer-generated result. Go to the 123kya Casino section, choose Baccarat, Roulette, or Dragon Tiger, and take a seat at the table you like.
Betting limits and maximum bet amounts vary by table. There are low-limit tables for players on a smaller budget, as well as VIP tables for those who want to play with larger amounts. You can check the limits for each table in the game interface before you start playing.
Yes. 123kya is a mobile-first platform, and you can access the Live Casino section smoothly through a browser on both Android and iOS. The better your mobile data or WiFi connection, the higher the video quality.
In Roulette, a small ball is spun around a numbered wheel and you bet on which number or colour the ball will land on. There are many options — individual numbers or groups of numbers, red/black, and odd/even. If you want to play, try it in Demo Mode first.
Deposits
To deposit with Wave Money, log in to your 123kya account, tap "Deposit", and select Wave Money. Enter the amount, transfer the money to the Wave Money number provided, then submit the transaction ID. Once verified, your account will be credited.
The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks for all payment methods. This applies equally to KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Deposits below 5,000 Ks cannot be processed — so please check the amount before depositing.
If your account has not been credited after a deposit, check that you submitted the transaction ID correctly. Even if you did submit it, it may take a few minutes. If it has been more than 15 minutes, contact Live Chat with your transfer receipt and the support team can look into it.
123kya currently supports 4 mobile payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay — the most widely used in Myanmar. You can deposit directly from your phone without needing a bank account, and your account will be credited almost instantly.
Yes. The 123kya welcome bonus gives you up to 200% on your first deposit, with a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving you 60,000 Ks in your account. The bonus amount of 40,000 Ks must meet a 25x wagering requirement — that is, 1,000,000 Ks in total bets — before you can withdraw.
